DTCE provided stormwater and wastewater engineering design for a proposed townhouse development on a challenging sloping site in Wellington.

The project required a practical drainage solution to service two new dwellings while connecting into existing infrastructure and meeting council requirements. Site topography, catchment areas, and drainage constraints were assessed to determine the most effective stormwater management strategy.

Our scope included the sizing and design of the soakage pit, rainwater storage tank, stormwater pipe network, and wastewater pump system. Detailed engineering calculations were undertaken to confirm system capacity, and comprehensive drainage drawings were produced to support consenting and construction.

The result was a coordinated and buildable drainage solution tailored to the site's unique conditions, helping facilitate the successful development of the property.
