THE TERRACE BUILDING

This building comprises B-grade office space and ground-level retail amenities. This octagonal building required careful analysis and checking of the design engineer’s computer model, calculations and retrofit. The result was a smooth building consent process, and client confidence in the achieved %NBS (New Building Standard).
