MULTI-STOREY OFFICE TOWER

The seismic strengthening of this building required very carefully designed temporary structures to enable the permanent works to be installed. An example was the design of formwork to support a new 2m deep reinforced concrete transfer beam while still allowing the public to pass freely underneath. The total project cost was approximately $83M.
